Cuando + Indicative or Subjuntive?

Cuando + indicative: when we speak about an habitual action.

Ella siempre habla francés cuando está con su prima.

She always speak French when she is with her cousin.

Cuando llego tarde mi mujer cierra la puerta.

When I'm late my wife closes the door.

Cuando + subjuntivo: when we speak about a future action.

Cuando tenga 20 años quiero ser maestra.

When I'm 20 years old I want to be a teacher.

No encuentro las llaves. Cuando las encuentre, abriré la puerta.

I don't find the keys. When I find them, I'll open the door.
